Human connection is at the heart of everything I do. It’s the most basic need we all have and in our modern society is all too often overlooked. It’s essential in our personal relationships and I believe just as important in our professional ones. Most of us, if not all of us, have had the experience of working for someone who very obviously could not care less about us as people. That’s ain’t me.
